Hud’s Game Plan For the Coronavirus

We foresee that people will need access to their vehicles now more than ever. We plan to continue to offer our world-class service, repairs, and maintenance, if it is responsible to do so. We will offer a few additional options to help ensure we are acting responsibly.

Starting Monday 03/23/2020 in our attempt to adhere to social distancing guidelines we have made changes to our approach on customer interaction that you can read below. Our approach will change but our customer first attitude will not. During this unprecedented time we will follow best known practices to ensure we limit exposure to your vehicle, your family, and our employees. We’ve built our reputation on trust and hope that you continue to trust us with your vehicle both now and in the future.

Shuttle Service Changes

We understand that it is hard to be without your vehicle. A free shuttle service has been a staple of our service model for many years. Going forward we will no longer offer shuttle service to allow us all to have the required “social distances” and to ensure we don’t have a common area between customers that might offer an opportunity for virus transmission. For those who cannot arrange transportation we will offer a pickup service at your home. Because of the need for two people to accomplish this, there will be a $20 fee for this service.

Curbside Drop Off

We would be happy to meet you at the curb and complete the handover of your vehicle. Simply call ahead (806-866-9898) and give us the necessary information and when you arrive give us a call and we will meet you outside to complete the drop-off transaction.

No Contact Drop Off

We offer overnight and no-contact drop off using our key-drop. Simply call ahead or fill out our key-drop envelope and drop it in our key slot. We will call you to make all the necessary arrangements.

No Contact Pick Up

When your vehicle service is complete, we will call and make payment arrangements over the phone. We can then make paperwork and key arrangements that fit your needs.

Waiting Room

While our front door will be open, and you are welcome to comein and drop your vehicle off in person, we request that you make plans to return home. Our waiting room will be closed during this time.
